Instructions
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together and marinate pork chops for 1 hour in refrigerator.

Step 2: Remove and let come to room temperature before grilling. Reserve marinade. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, before serving.Grill chops for about 12 minutes on each side. Use a meat thermometer if you are not sure. It should be at 16

Step 3: Place pork chops on a platter and cover with foil for a few minutes before serving.For the potatoes: In a medium sauce pan or pot, combine potatoes, water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and bring to a boil over high heat.Reduce heat to medium-high and cook potatoes until tender, for about 10 minutes.
