Step 1: COMBINE THE QUINOA, OJ AND STOCK IN A SAUCEPAN. COOK OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT UNTIL ALL LIQUID HAS BEEN ABSORBED. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND SET ASIDE.
